Buyers are responsible for reading listings carefully and reviewing all photographs before purchasing.

The platform does not inspect, certify, or guarantee goods.

The platform is a marketplace facilitator only. It does not manufacture, hold, or certify goods.

Freight is provided by third-party carriers.

The platform holds funds temporarily for dispute resolution. Platform decisions are final.

Provide accurate contact information and maintain current details.

Do not create multiple accounts.

Respond promptly to communications.

Comply with all applicable laws.

Do not resolve disputes outside the platform.

Do not bypass platform payments.

Do not submit disputes without genuine grounds.

Do not misuse the dispute mechanism.

Buyers must select pickup or delivery at checkout and provide accurate delivery details where applicable.

Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, and operational constraints.

Risk and responsibility for safe handling at pickup is the buyer’s responsibility once goods are collected, subject to the dispute and escrow rules in platform policies.

Payments are processed via the platform. The platform may hold funds temporarily (escrow) to support dispute resolution.

Platform fees and any buyer protection fees may apply as displayed at checkout.

Attempts to bypass platform payments are prohibited.

Disputes must be raised within the platform’s dispute window and will be assessed against listing information and evidence.

The platform may determine outcomes (including refunds) in line with the Buyer Returns & Disputes Policy and other platform policies. Platform decisions are final.

Policies may be updated from time to time and apply prospectively. Continued use may constitute acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
